Four star security services Pvt. Ltd is established on the date of 2062/01/09 B.S. under Nepal government companies act. It is able to provide properly trained and supervised security staff. All security staffs have a military, police or trained security background. They work to the guidelines contained in the Company’s Standard Operational Procedures for Security and Fire fighting. All personnel posted to sites are in uniform unless otherwise requested, and are fully trained prior to commencement of their duties. Further on-site operational training is then given at the client’s site with regard to his particular procedures and requirements. Frequent visits by Security management/supervisors are ongoing. It has been approved by Home Ministry to carry out following activities.
- To provide security guard training and orientation for the people who are going for foreign employment in security field as well as domestic purpose.
- Supply of security guards for various types Provision of security services for embassies, government and Non-government, semi-government organizations, shopping malls, commercial complexes, residential complexes, industrial sites, hospital, Bank, finance, school, college, factories and many more.

Service offered:- We offer a variety of services which are carried out by well-trained, equipped and motivated personnel. They are monitored on hourly basis by line supervisors. Our services are as follows:-
- Guarding (Armed and Unarmed security Personal)

Staff Recruitment:- With regards to staff recruitment and placement a company
policy places a strong emphasis on the critical employer aspect like:-
1. Suitable relevant educational standard and experience
2. Appropriate age.
3. Physical fitness.
4. Promotional and motivational aspects.
5. Registration with (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority)
6. Security clearances.
7. Possession of Security Training Certificates.
8. Staff must be numerate, computer literate and able to read, write and communicate in Nepali, English, Hindi and other language which are commonly used in the area of operations.
9. Management and supervisors must be able to read, write English and understands mathematical figures and must be computer literate.
10. All staff is uniformed in line with the image of our clients (if required).
11. All staff should undergo induction and refresher training programs.
12. Staff will be provided with transport and accommodation next to the sites.
Operational model:- Our operational model covers mainly the following
aspects:-
- Scope of work within the company and at each individual site,
- Site due diligence before finalizing a service level agreement,
- Adherence to contract terms and conditions with clients
- Confidentiality, Strike action, Staff supervision,
- Performance evaluation and monitoring services,
- Reporting of incidents and weekly reports,
- Preparation of monthly management reports,
- Contingency / emergency control procedure.
In order to comply with our clients’ service level agreements, the company always appoints a site manager and competent supervisors responsible for all tasks and duties to be performed on site to meet clients’ satisfaction. The site manager must be fully familiar with the terms and conditions of each side.
Training Facilities:- We have more than a dozen of trained and established instructor. They guide and imparting the training the newly recruited guards. In addition, we have full-fledged training handle by ex. Army SO, JSO’s and NCO’s. Our main subject of training includes Basic and Advanced level training for the period of 4 weeks.
1st Week:- Introduction of security service and security guards in related field. Physical training and unarmed drill, patrolling ,monitoring, report writing and forwarding traffic management and violence control, road opening and convey protection, general map reading and spot eyesketch,operational search system etc.
2nd week:- Unarmed drill, physical training, fire fighting and prevetion,uses of firefighting equipments, Guest handling ,door lock system, metal detector and detecting system, first aid, reception and telephone related duties, industrial security system etc.
3rd week:- physical training, mobile security system, introduction of small arms, gate entry and exit system, pass code and communication system, handling of contingencies and crisis management etc.
4th week:- revision of previous lesson, evaluation and monitoring leadership management technique, human rights and legal process, threat management, disaster management and prevention, refresher training of one to two days also organized for the experienced security personal on the job training however inbuilt.
Recruitment:- Adapting to the special needs of our client’s and individualizing our service is our company policy. Hence guards are recruited for each post keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client. Our essential recruitments are as follows:
- Must be physically fit and mentally robust.
- Minimum height should be 5’6” and weight 56kg.
- Should be minimum matriculate but intermediate are preferred and age in the span of 21-45 years.
- Should be able to read and write in Nepali and English and must have reliable references in Kathmandu or at the branch office areas.
Uniform:- Our company designed two types of uniform like:-
(A) Oxford pattern with black leather shoes, sky blue trousers, gray color shirt, shoulder badge, lanyard with whistle, farers cap with badge, red and blue scraf, personal identity cards, colored photograph, khukuri and short stick.
(B) Oxford pattern with black leather boots, black color trousers with box pocket, full sleeve black shirts, shoulder badge, lanyard with whistle, fitting cap with badge, red or blue color inner scarf, personal identity cards, colored photograph, khukuri and short stick every security personal.
Additional service:-
Supervision: FSS takes pride in having a sophisticated internal monitoring system. We have dedicated force of field supervisors, who carryout checking of all posts twice a day, including night checking. Supervisors render a regular report on the performance of each post.
Surprise inspection: FSS to ensure high degree of alertness system of surprise checks has been instituted. FSS of internal audit are directly under operational director and security manager of the region, who ensure prompt action for smooth functioning. Operation manager check all the posts of their zones at least twice in a week.
Rotation of guards: our Guards are rotated on regular basis. However incase of specific request form the client, a guard may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time.
